  • The Budget Implementation Season is now complete for the 2018-2019 Session
  • The 2018-2019 Long Bill & Supporting Bills are now interfaced to the accounting system, and is ready for State activities

"No Data to Retrieve" Issue is Resolved (05/14/2018)
  • An ongoing PB infoAdvantage issue yielded the error "No Data to Retrieve" for some users, regardless of accurate prompt selections
  • This issue was resolved on Monday, 05/14/2018
  • At this time, all reports are working as intended

PB Application
  • In some cases, data in the PB background tables are not being properly updated whenever changes and revisions are made in forms 020 and 030.  Please check that base adjustments and decisions items are correctly reflected in IA schedules. If you notice that IA schedules are not correctly displaying data from 020 or 030, please let us know immediately. 
  • PB Log-In screen yields browser error
    • Solution: Please CLICK HERE for troubleshooting instructions

  • Logging In
    • If you experience any password or credentials issue logging in to infoAdvantage to pull PB data, please contact our help desk at PB_Help@state.co.us or the above issue submission link
  • New State Employee or Transferred Agencies
    • If you are a new State Employee or if you have transferred Agencies, please contact our help desk in order to have your system rights updated
    • New State employees will not get data from infoAdvantage
    • Transferred State employees may be querying the wrong Agency - if the data returned to you is from a different Cabinet, please email us so we may update your system rights
